That is not the case with Capital Bedding in Verona, Mississippi. Founded in 1969 by the West Family, Capital is still a Privately Owned Family Business, and one of the largest independent Mattress Manufacturers in the industry.

Capital Bedding strives to be the best in all categories of the Mattress Industry. The West Family saw the need to produce and deliver better quality residential bedding throughout the Southeastern United States. To do that well, they even formed their own Trucking Company to ensure that their products were delivered on time with care and continuing their goal of being the best value and service provider from the manufacturing plant right to the door of their customers. For almost 55 years, they have grown year after year by doing things right. ​

In continuing with their success and growth, Capital Bedding added a second manufacturing plant and formed a Medical Division more than 25 years ago and is now one of the nation’s largest producers of Medical and Hospital Mattresses. and they even have a rare FDA Approval from the U.S. Government.

Today, Capital Bedding now successfully sells mattress products into Residential, Medical, Trucking, University Dorms, Rent to Own, and will soon sell into Hotels & Resorts and the Military Exchange System. The rest of the industry has even taken notice of their quality and service record, and now Capital Bedding is a licensed and approved O.E.M. producer of many popular mattress brands such as Eclipse®, Eastman House®, Fieldcrest®, Thomasville®, Balance™ and many more.
